Suicide Prevention and Suicide Bereavement Support Ballarat

If you’re losing hope or you’ve lost a loved one, help is available. The Ballarat and District Suicide Support Network can point you in the right direction.

You don’t have to battle the impacts of suicide on your own. The Ballarat and District Suicide Prevention Network can put you in touch with the people, services and information that can help you get through the difficult times and get you back on your feet.

Awareness and Support

If you need help coping with suicide prevention or you are looking for suicide bereavement support groups, these vital community services can help you. Please contact them today.

If you would like to help our suicide awareness efforts, why not join us for the 2014 Out Of The Shadows suicide awareness walk? This walk, which is hosted by the Ballarat and District Suicide Prevention Network, provides an inspirational opportunity to remember those who have lost their lives to suicide and those left behind who are bereaved.

Network Meetings

The Ballarat and District Suicide Prevention Network holds network meetings regularly. These meetings are open to all members of our community and provide a forum to share ideas and learn more about how we can reduce the impact of suicide in our community.

For more information regarding our network meetings and how you may participate please contact us today.

Community Partnerships

The Ballarat and District Suicide Prevention Network could not carry out its work without the support of our valued community partners.

We thank all our partners for their commitment to this important cause.

In particular, we would like to thank DR Gordon for their help in creating and managing this web site and our suicide awareness page on Facebook.
